Washington – May 22, 2018: Bill Dalbec, an opinion and communication research expert with more than a decade of experience at APCO Worldwide, has been named managing director of APCO Insight, the firm’s in-house research consultancy, announced APCO’s global president, Evan Kraus.
“In today’s crowded communications landscape, it is essential for companies’ messaging, content and targeting to be on-point to break through the noise,” said Kraus. “Opinion research has long been at the heart of our work at APCO, providing valuable insights on reputation, public affairs and communication strategy. Bill has been a leader at APCO Insight for more than a decade. I look forward to seeing him build on past success while continuing to lead the way on developing new approaches that strengthen the counsel we provide to our clients.”
As managing director, Dalbec will oversee the continued integration of research tools across the firm, manage the daily operations of the consultancy and provide research and strategy guidance for clients.
“It is an honor and privilege to lead this team of talented research-enabled communication strategists,” said Dalbec. “During my time at APCO, I have seen the Insight team double in size, expand its presence in Europe and become indispensably integrated into the work of colleagues throughout APCO. True insight comes from a full perspective of what an audience is saying, thinking and doing, and I look forward to continuing our pioneering merging of digital, social media, big data and opinion research tools as we provide actionable intelligence to our clients.”
