In a recent roundtable discussion, APCO Worldwide Senior Director Bill Pierce spoke with APCO International Advisory Council Members Kavita Patel and Peter Urbanowicz about what health organizations must do to Come Back Stronger from this crisis.

According to the panelists, organizations must figure out how to be resilient by analyzing systemic shortcomings, learning the lessons from mistakes and redesigning or bolstering the healthcare system. Additionally, it is crucial to think outside the box regarding partnerships—this is the perfect time to create alliances with industries that are not normally on the radar for healthcare providers.
