Tal Been is as an Associate Director at APCO, where she leads APCO’s London office work in the philanthropic sector. Her work in the sector focuses on supporting private and international foundations with their policy, communication and advocacy efforts. Tal’s work sits at the intersection of philanthropy and geopolitics, allowing her to provide strategic guidance to organizations seeking to maximise their social impact while navigating geopolitical dynamics. She utilises her experience working within global, regional and local markets to ensure target audience needs are addressed.
Tal also specialises in providing strategic insights to clients based on quantitative and qualitative research, and supporting the development of data-driven business, political and communications strategies. Tal supports clients with developing tailored, evidence-based integrated campaigns.
A graduate of Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, with a BA in Political Science and European Studies, Tal’s academic research and work focused on Israel-EU relations. Tal has over ten years working in informal education and charitable education organisations.
