Tal Been specializes in helping clients uncover target audiences and preferences to provide online and social media strategy. Tal currently serves as a Senior Associate Director based in APCO’s London office, where she provides government affairs, public relations and communication support to international corporations. As part of her work, she utilizes social listening and analysis tools to conduct research and identify trends, social media discourse and sentiment.
Prior to joining APCO, Tal worked in developing social media campaigns and strategy as well as informal education and academia.
Tal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and European Studies from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. She is a native Hebrew speaker and fluent in English.
