Areas of Expertise:
Roi Feder is a senior strategic advisor working at the intersection of geopolitics, markets and global business. He advises governments, multinational corporations, investors and senior leaders on complex initiatives shaped by political risk, cross-border opportunity and reputational considerations. He currently serves as Executive Director in the Office of the Executive Chairman, overseeing strategy initiatives in Africa, having previously served as managing director of the firm’s UK and Israel offices and head of the Global Solutions practice.
Over the course of his career, Roi has advised governments including Ukraine, Côte d’Ivoire and Israel, as well as local leaders in emerging markets, and has worked with multinational companies across industries and geographies on strategic positioning, market entry, stakeholder engagement, geopolitical advisory and cross-border growth. He is particularly experienced in helping organizations navigate complex and fast-moving environments where commercial, political and societal factors increasingly overlap.
Earlier in his career, Roi developed expertise in supporting leading Chinese corporations with their international positioning and M&A strategies and served as the investment advisor to Israel’s Foreign Trade Authority’s China-India-Japan Fund.
Before joining APCO, Roi worked in Washington, D.C. at the Union for Reform Judaism, where he coordinated public policy programs and engaged with Congress and the U.S. administration on domestic and international issues.
Roi has developed hands-on fluency with AI as a practitioner tool. Rather than treating AI as a productivity add-on, he integrates it as a core capability across strategic, analytical and technical workstreams. He applies large language models to research synthesis, stakeholder communication and financial analysis, builds AI-powered software applications, including simulation and training platforms, and stays on top of technological developments, becoming a global company resource for insights into the best professional use of AI capabilities.
