Roi Feder is an internationally recognized expert on the geopolitical forces shaping markets. Roi advises clients on complex, government engagement and strategic communications programs. Having worked across global markets and living in the US, UK and Israel, he is currently serving as the managing director of APCO’s Global Solutions; Roi previously served as managing director of APCO’s operations in the UK and Israel.
Roi has worked with several of China’s leading corporations, developing unique expertise in supporting Chinese corporations with their global positioning and M&A strategies. Additionally, he has served as the senior advisor to the Government of Israel’s “China-India-Japan Fund” program.

Prior to joining APCO, Roi worked as a public policy program coordinator in the Washington, D.C., office of the Union for Reform Judaism, which lobbies Congress and the U.S. administration on domestic and international issues.
Roi holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Tel Aviv University School of Government. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in international relations and East Asian studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is fluent in English and Hebrew and has basic competency in Mandarin Chinese.
