Based in the UK, Gagne will split his time between the firm’s London and Brussels offices.

“We’re delighted to welcome Kim to APCO,” said Acheson-Gray. “His deep experience creating meaningful and effective campaigns in the technology sector across highly diverse markets will be of tremendous value to our clients.”

“Joining APCO is an exciting new challenge,” said Gagne. “I look forward to working with the firm’s dynamic team and assisting clients.”
