
Youmna Naufal brings over 17 years of experience specializing in media relations, executive positioning and reputation management to her role as a director based in APCO’s Riyadh office. Having worked across diverse markets, including New York, Beirut and Abu Dhabi, she brings a global perspective to her work and has developed a distinct ability to navigate complex communications challenges in sectors such as finance, investment, global health as well as creative and consumer industries. In her current role, Youmna advises government entities and organizations on critical issues, focusing on enhancing their public profiles and effectively communicating their strategic objectives. Fluent in French, English and Arabic, she has worked with high-profile clients, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Estée Lauder Companies and Arcapita.
Prior to joining APCO, she was at Brunswick Group, where she provided counsel to clients across various sectors and co-managed the firm’s relationship with the World Economic Forum. Youmna is also a prominent speaker, having appeared at international forums such as Davos, and has conducted interviews with over 500 influential figures, including former French President Nicolas Sarkozy and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Her diverse career background includes serving as the head of the English News division at Future Television in Beirut and as a correspondent for CGTN and TRT World.
Youmna holds a master’s in international business and international relations from New York University and a bachelor’s in political science from the American University of Beirut.
