Masaya Takasaka provides public affairs and corporate communications support for clients across a range of industries. Masaya currently serves as a Senior Consultant based in APCO’s Tokyo office.
Prior to joining APCO, Masaya worked for the Government of Ireland’s trade development agency Enterprise Ireland, where he provided Irish companies with business development services to help them grow and scale their exports to the Japanese market.
Masaya holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in international relations from Waseda University and the University of Hong Kong. He speaks English and Japanese.
