Masaya Takasaka is a Consultant in APCO’s Tokyo office. Mr. Takasaka plays a role in APCO’s public affairs and government relations work in Japan, especially in the digital technology and healthcare sectors.
Prior to joining APCO, Mr. Takasaka worked for the Government of Ireland’s trade development agency Enterprise Ireland, where he provided Irish companies in the digital technology, healthcare, and FMCG sectors with business development services to help them grow and scale their exports to the Japanese market.
Mr. Takasaka holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in international relations from Waseda University and the University of Hong Kong. He speaks English and Japanese.
