Kyra Obolensky is a communications and public affairs strategist with experience advising organizations on complex policy, reputation and communications challenges across the health and pharmaceutical, energy and tech sectors.
Throughout her career, Kyra has developed a multidisciplinary approach to external affairs, working across communications, public affairs and government affairs at national, European and global levels. She has advised international companies on policy and communications issues and led complex, multi-market campaigns involving corporate, policy and stakeholder audiences.
Prior to joining APCO, Kyra worked as a consultant in London and Brussels. Her experience includes leading and coordinating a pan-European communications and public affairs campaign for a high-profile energy project across eight markets, as well as a European Commission stakeholder communications campaign spanning 28 markets.
Kyra began her career in London after earning a degree in political science and international relations from the University of Warwick and a master’s degree in European politics and administration from the College of Europe in Bruges.
