Kimberly Gardiner
Deputy Managing Director, APCO West
Kimberly Gardiner, deputy managing director, APCO West, leads APCO Worldwide’s Talent & Culture Practice. She is based in Southern California, where she works with companies to develop employee engagement and employer brand strategies to deliver business results.
Kimberly has more than a decade of experience helping multinational clients develop and launch global campaigns, manage issues and crises, and develop CSR programs. She has worked with companies across food, consumer products, education, healthcare, finance, and government, to create and deliver strategies to build and enhance their corporate reputation.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Gardiner worked at Burson-Marsteller, where she supported senior leadership with special projects and worked on accounts including the Global Business Coalition against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees.
Ms. Gardiner also worked in the office of Ken Livingstone, mayor of London, supporting the 2012 Olympics and congestion charge. Ms. Gardiner received a Bachelor of Arts in history and a Bachelor of Arts in international politics from the University of California at San Diego. She also attended the University of Sevilla (Spain) and the University of Michoacán (Mexico).
