Deputy Managing Director

Kimberly Gardiner has 15+ years of experience helping multinational clients develop and launch global campaigns, manage issues and crises, and develop CSR programs. Kimberly, Deputy Managing Director, is North America lead of APCO’s Impact Practice where she partners with clients to develop solutions to advance progress in the areas of Social Innovation, Equity & Justice, ESG, Gender, and Climate. Kimberly is also global lead of APCO’s Internal Communications & Employee Engagement practice.​

Kimberly has worked with companies across food, consumer products, education, healthcare, finance, and government, to create and deliver strategies to build and enhance their corporate reputation. She specializes in internal communications and employee engagement, corporate advocacy and issues management, and community impact.​

Prior to joining APCO, Kimberly worked at Burson-Marsteller, where she supported senior leadership with special projects and worked on accounts including the Global Business Coalition against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees. Kimberly began her career working for the Mayor of London, Ken Livingston, supporting the 2012 Olympics and congestion charge.​

Kimberly received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from the University of California at San Diego.
