Director

Kenneth Page has worked in London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Brussels where he focused on strategic political advice and analysis and geopolitical and strategic communications. He is a recognized expert, advising internationally focused clients and providing strategic advice for complex and sensitive geopolitical issues. Ken joined APCO in February 2015, following five years in UK public affairs and communications including civil society advocacy and campaigning.

Ken spent five years in APCO’s London office before joining the Brussels team in 2020 as chief of staff to APCO CEO Brad Staples. Ken’s current role as director in APCO’s Brussels office focuses on providing advice for complex and sensitive geopolitical issues, risk mapping, cyber security and digital rights, philanthropic foundations, crisis communications and reputation management. This work builds on his civil society experience covering issues relating to surveillance technology, digital rights, asylum law and coalition building and campaigning.

Ken holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Edinburgh and a Master’s degree from University College, Dublin. He speaks English and has a knowledge of Irish, Portuguese and French.
