Prior to joining APCO, James was a member of both Hart Research and GQRR’s domestic teams and has worked in corporate and political opinion research for over a decade. This includes work for Congressional and Gubernatorial candidates s well as measurement and outreach campaigns for some of the largest industries in the world.
In addition to his professional career, James achieved a Masters Degree in Consumer Psychology in 2019.
