At APCO, her responsibilities include monitoring quantitative data collection, cleaning, coding, tabulating, and analyzing survey datasets. She is proficient in managing large datasets, conducting data processing and analysis, and developing charts and reports that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders. In addition to her quantitative expertise, Haley manages qualitative research recruitment and focus group coordination. Her comprehensive approach to research ensures that insights are both data-driven and contextually rich.
Prior to joining APCO, Haley first refined her skills in program evaluation and grant management at Integrative Touch for Kids. In this role, she played a pivotal part in securing vital funding and resources, conducting surveys, and researching grant opportunities. Her efforts resulted in a high success rate of awarded grants and operational improvements within the organization.
Haley holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health with an emphasis on Quantitative Methods from the University of Arizona. Her academic background provided a strong foundation in analytical skills, which she has applied extensively in her professional career.
