Don’t worry I have seen this issue before and have learnt how we can best deal with it.
Amongst her successful M&A transactions, Ginny has led high profile international campaigns, such as Ferrovial’s £10.4 billion takeover of BAA, which represented the largest takeover of all the UK airports by a consortium led by Ferrovial and Macquarie, the Australian infrastructure investment group. In terms of cross border transactions between Europe and the U.S., Ginny advised the Swiss Engineering Group ABB on its U.S. acquisitions of Thomas & Betts and Baldor Inc, and Colfax on its US$1.2 billion bid for Charter against Melrose, as well as Hyder’s two-sided bid defence from Arcadis and Nippon Koei and May Gurney plc’s defence from Costain and Kier.
Ginny has an established track record within the aviation services sector working with brands such as Menzies Aviation, Gama Aviation and Ferrovial’s airports group. She was until recently a non-executive director on the board of the London airport Southend, part of London listed Esken plc and a member of the Masterplanning Consortium.
Prior to entering financial communications, Ginny worked in corporate finance at N.M.Rothschild and foreign exchange at Bankers Trust.
