Prior to joining APCO, Celia worked for Greentarget, a B2B PR agency based in Chicago, where she supported clients throughout legal, financial, nonprofit and management consulting industries. She has also spent time on Capitol Hill as a legislative intern focusing on educational and health policy.
Celia graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences in Political Science and a double minor in Public Relations and Law.
