He leads creative strategy, advertising development and execution for complex, high-profile government and semi-government clients across Saudi Arabia and the region, including the Saudi Film Commission, Red Sea Authority, Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Investment. Abdellatif brings a strong cross-market perspective, working at the intersection of creativity, strategy and public sector communications to develop campaigns that translate national ambition into clear, compelling narratives across platforms and audiences.

Abdellatif brings extensive experience across both agency and client-side environments, having worked with leading global agencies in Amman, Jordan, including VML, Y&R and Cheil Worldwide – Levant. During this time, he led communications and creative work for regional and international brands such as Samsung, Talabat and Arab Bank, gaining deep exposure to brand building, integrated campaign development and cross-market execution.
This dual perspective has shaped his ability to align creative output with business and policy objectives, while fostering close collaboration between strategy, creative and delivery teams. Abdellatif’s earlier experience continues to inform his current work, particularly in translating complex mandates into culturally grounded, high-impact creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Abdellatif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Jordan and works fluently in both Arabic and English. He is particularly focused on simplifying complexity, developing clear narrative structures and helping teams translate ambitious ideas into work that is purposeful, coherent and culturally relevant.
