APCO Worldwide Appoints 10-Year Company Veteran, Theo Moore, to Lead Brussels Office

Brussels – April 3, 2019: Theo Moore, a leading corporate and issues-based communications expert, was appointed managing director of APCO Worldwide’s Brussels office today, announced Claire Boussagol, president, Europe.

It’s been a pleasure working with Theo over the past 10 years, and I’m excited to see the Brussels office continue to grow under his leadership.”

Boussagol will continue to lead APCO’s operations in Europe, in her role as regional president.

Moore served as deputy managing director of APCO’s Brussels office for the past two years and has more than two decades of experience in the industry. He specializes in policy communication, reputation management, crisis communication, stakeholder management and media relations, and has advised some of the world’s most prominent companies on issues ranging from cybersecurity and competition, to payments and medical devices.

Prior to joining APCO in 2009, Moore worked for Brunswick, The Royal Parks in the UK, Text 100 and Edelman.

Moore’s appointment as Brussels managing director comes during a landmark year for APCO, as 2019 represents the 35^th anniversary year of its founding. APCO opened in Brussels in 1995 and was any early provider of integrated services in the market. Founded by Margery Kraus as a single-person operation in 1984, APCO has grown to a global advisory and advocacy communications consultancy with nearly 800 employees in more than 30 offices worldwide.
