Yuxuan Liu specializes in government affairs and government relations and provides policy analysis and advisory services to clients in healthcare, technology, and consumer goods. She is a project assistant at APCO’s Beijing office.
Prior to joining APCO, Yuxuan gained experience as an intern at academic research institutions, international organization, media outlets and NGOs in Beijing, Washington D.C. and Dhaka, including Georgetown University School of Health and Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), BRAC University James P. Grant School of Public Health, World Bank and China Daily.
Yuxuan holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Health from Georgetown University with minors in German and Journalism. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and possesses working proficiency German.
