Wright

Susannah Wright specializes in healthcare and life sciences and is a member of the firm’s Health practice and Corporate Reputation team. Susannah is an associate director in APCO’s London office. She supports the managing directors on strategy for several international clients in the life sciences and manufacturing industries and is the day-to-day lead on clients’ campaigns and project activities.

Susannah’s career in PR and marketing began in 2016. Prior to joining APCO, her role at a specialist healthcare agency saw her lead the accounts for a number of healthtech clients. These used AI, machine learning, data analytics and other digital technologies to provide platforms, applications and services to help NHS trusts and international health providers run safely and efficiently.

She also has experience running communications campaigns at other agencies, spanning diverse industries including off-road and marine engineering, construction equipment, fintech, logistics, nuclear and wind-powered energy, government services and more.

Previously, Susannah was a journalist at the Manchester Evening News for several years. She has also worked at the BBC’s sport department and run her own business, twice.

Her journalistic training is complemented by her experience in PR and marketing, enabling her to advise on communications strategies and drive the delivery of campaigns to support clients in achieving their business goals.

Susannah has a Master’s degree in Newspaper Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English with Philosophy from Manchester Metropolitan University.
