Sture Alne manages market access and EU public affairs campaigns on behalf of numerous clients in the health care and pharmaceutical sectors. This work includes policy shaping strategies, evidence generation, value and access strategy as well as stakeholder engagement for clients such as Roche, UCB, Biogen, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly and Takeda. Sture is an associate director within the health practice at APCO’s Brussels office.

Prior to joining APCO, Sture worked for Novartis as a policy assistant, as a consultant at the Huggard Consulting Group in Luxembourg and as an associate technical officer and consultant at the World Health Organisation office to the EU, Brussels. He has also completed a traineeship at the Norwegian Embassy in Romania.
Sture holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo and the Free University of Berlin. In addition to his native Norwegian, he speaks English, the Scandinavian languages, German and conversational Romanian.
