Project Consultant

Ruihan Zhu specializes in government affairs, bringing professional experience from think tanks, consultancies, and non-profit organizations. ​Ruihan currently serves as a Project Consultant in APCO’s Beijing office. Before joining APCO, Ruihan was a research assistant at the Institute of International Development Cooperation, CAITEC, where she focused on China’s development cooperation initiatives related to environmental sustainability, agriculture, and ICT technologies. Ruihan holds an MPhil in development studies from the University of Oxford, where she was a Dahrendorf Scholar and a member of the IFSTAL Program. She also holds a BA in International Political Economy from Peking University and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
