Rosh Marius Chylla is an Associate Director based in APCO’s Berlin office. He advises international organizations, global corporations and cross‑sector platforms on public affairs, strategic partnerships and global engagement opportunities. Looking through a global lens, he supports clients in navigating complex geopolitical environments and strengthening their international outreach. Alongside his global portfolio, Rosh has developed particular expertise in guiding multinational companies, NGOs, foundations and UN agencies in their advocacy and stakeholder‑engagement efforts within the German policy landscape.
Prior to joining APCO, Rosh worked for companies and clients in the energy, mobility, finance and public sectors.
Rosh holds a master’s degree in Political Communication from the University of Düsseldorf, earned in 2020, and a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Law from the University of Münster.
