Natalie Habash is a Account Director, Strategy with deep expertise in brand building, digital strategy and integrated creative campaigns. With a decade of experience across the MENA region, she specializes in elevating government and private sector brands through data-driven insights, compelling storytelling and high-impact digital experiences. Natalie plays a leading role at APCO and its creative arm, .Pomelo, delivering transformational strategies across tourism, investment, arts & culture and education sectors.

Based in APCO’s Amman office, Natalie serves as a senior member of the Digital and Social Media team, where she leads multi-disciplinary workstreams for high-profile clients including the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia, TOURISE, Ministry of Tourism Saudi Arabia, Diriyah Biennale Foundation. Her expertise spans audience segmentation, content strategy, influencer and paid media campaigns, social media architecture and platform growth. She is known for her ability to connect creative ideation with business objectives—guiding clients through rebrands, event launches and long-term visibility programs.

Natalie is also an active contributor to internal capability building, having led digital masterclasses across the firm and mentored rising talent within the regional team. With a passion for strategic storytelling and a track record of managing high-stakes projects, she brings energy, structure and purpose to every project—empowering brands to own their narrative and achieve measurable impact.

Prior to joining APCO, Natalie worked as a senior account manager at Wunderman, where she served local clients across banking, real estate and retail sectors.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Graphics & Animation from Princess Sumaya University of Technology in Amman, Jordan. She was awarded a fully funded scholarship to continue her studies at the Politecnico di Torino in Turin, Italy. After that, she pursued her passion for advertising and marketing.
