Natacha Clavell brings a unique blend of rigorous research methodology and strategic storytelling to help clients navigate complex challenges. She excels at conducting comprehensive opinion and digital research studies, then transforming intricate data into compelling narratives that drive actionable communication strategies. As a director in APCO’s AI and Intelligence division, Natacha is based in Washington, D.C., where she specializes in research for reputation management, crisis communications, campaign testing, and thought leadership development across the health and technology sectors. Her work ensures every strategic recommendation is grounded in reliable data and centered on customer needs.

Before joining APCO, Natacha spent nearly four years at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where she led primary research projects and provided strategic consulting to executive-level clients on market expansion and business innovation. Her ability to translate complex findings into tactical recommendations directly informed divisional business goals and customer experience improvements. Earlier in her career, she conducted research for federal health agencies including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services at NORC at the University of Chicago, and analyzed healthcare policy and regulatory issues for investors at the Marwood Group.

Natacha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health from Brown University. Her consulting experience spans government, private, and nonprofit sectors. Examples of her thought leadership work include Expedia Group’s “Journeys for All,” West Pharmaceutical’s “Global Health Care Perspectives,” and MxD’s “Behind the Firewall: Assessing Cyber Resilience in U.S. Manufacturing.”
