Mohamed Hossameldin Saleh is a senior analyst based in Cairo, working with APCO’s Dubai office. With over 2.5 years at APCO, he helps manage a diverse portfolio of multinational clients across the technology, fintech, financial services and logistics sectors, providing strategic insights on public policy, regulatory developments and geopolitical trends across the MENA region. He plays a key role in delivering high-level reporting and advisory support to over a dozen multinational corporate accounts, ensuring they navigate complex regulatory landscapes effectively.

Mohamed is an active participant in Egypt’s public policy space, currently engaged in facilitating private sector consultations for a new AI regulation bill in partnership with the Egyptian Parliament. His expertise spans AI governance, digital transformation and emerging technologies, leveraging his background in data analytics and machine learning to support clients in adapting to evolving regulatory environments.

Having spent significant time in both Saudi Arabia and the United States, Mohamed brings a deep understanding of the geopolitical and economic dynamics shaping global markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business and Information Systems from American University in Washington, D.C., completing the program ahead of schedule with summa cum laude honors. He later earned a Master’s in Data Analytics from the same institution, finishing the program in just one year at the top of his class. Fluent in English and Arabic, he brings a global perspective to policy analysis and strategic advisory work.
