Melissa Rothbaum focuses on corporate communications, media relations, executive thought leadership and brand visibility. As a Director in APCO’s New York office with over a decade of experience, Melissa guides clients to seize proactive opportunities and safeguard their reputations during challenging times. She is also an experienced project manager and has led and supported many consumer-facing clients across a range of sectors.
Prior to APCO, she was an account director at 5W Public Relations, handling numerous accounts in the consumer and corporate space. She was responsible for overseeing client relationships, media relations strategy and crisis planning.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Boston University.
