Mathilda Saad serves as a director for APCO, based in the Dubai, UAE. She has more than fifteen years of experience in communications strategy development and implementation working with both private and public sector organizations across various industries including health, education, events, culture, arts, energy, real estate, non-profit, hospitality, retail, technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, leisure, entertainment, tourism and others.

Ms. Saad has experience providing a range of services. She has been engaged in government and media relations, corporate communications, events and communications planning, issues and crisis management, content creation, community outreach program, internal communication, positioning and profiling, social media, website content management, influencer engagement outreach, brand development, corporate social responsibility, advertising, budgeting, integrated marketing campaigns, media buying, stakeholder mapping and management.

Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Saad worked on a contractual basis with the Year of Tolerance Higher Committee, managing multiple projects and campaigns celebrated under the 2019 theme in UAE. Earlier to that, following an eight-year tenure at APCO, Ms. Saad joined Meraas as the head of communications where she managed both internal and external communications for the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Saad holds a maitrise in business administration with an emphasis on marketing and management from the Lebanese University-Lebanon. She speaks Arabic, English and French fluently.
