Before stepping into her internship, Marta cultivated a robust academic background that has prepared her for the challenges of the HR profession. She is on the verge of graduating with a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources, a program that has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of organizational behavior, employee relation, and HR processes and strategies. Throughout her studies, she honed essential skills such as problem-solving, time management, critical thinking and conflict resolution.
Marta has actively engaged in a variety of workshops throughout her academic journey, focusing on key aspects of the HR field. These workshops covered essential topics such as performance and compensation systems, conflict management and negotiation, and digital HR. This diverse exposure has provided her with a solid theoretical foundation, to apply in practical settings.
In addition to her workshop participation, Marta pursued her international degree in English, which has not only enhanced her language skills but also equipped her to work effectively with diverse teams. With a fresh perspective and a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge, she is eager to contribute her innovative ideas and strong enthusiasm to the field of human resources.
