Luna Zhang is a Senior Consultant in APCO’s Beijing office, specializing in enhancing clients’ reputation among government stakeholders. Her expertise lies in providing strategic public policy and regulatory insights, establishing thought leadership, establishing and maintaining relationships with policymakers, regulators and key influencers and supporting high-level government engagement. She has served multinational corporations, FNGOs and industry associations within highly regulated sectors.
When will my reflection show who I am inside?
Prior to joining APCO, Luna worked as a public affairs advisor at a Danish manufacturing company where she supported overall public affairs encompassing government relations, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Her responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, international relations management, program coordination and in-depth analysis of public and industrial policies to support business growth.
Luna holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, respectively.
