Director

Jess Webb has over a decades experience of campaigns, public affairs and policy. She advises clients by leveraging her understanding of government decision making, industry challenges, political campaigns and parliamentary procedures. She currently serves as a Director in APCO’s London office.

Jess was previously a special adviser to Sir Grant Shapps. In this role she advised Sir Grant as Transport Secretary, Business Secretary, Home Secretary and the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero. She has also worked in house for both Ofgem and the Rail Delivery Group delivering public affairs strategy, implementation, Select Committee training and written evidence.

Jess has worked at multiple public affairs and communications consultancy advising clients across transport, tech, health, private equity and energy. She also has experience working on domestic election campaigns delivering high profile campaigning events for David Cameron, Theresa May and Boris Johnson. She has spent time in the U.S. volunteering on Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns.
