Isabel Kassabian, deputy managing director of APCO Worldwide in Germany, leads our Frankfurt office. She has more than15 years of experience leading multi-market corporate communication and crisis campaigns for clients across a range of sectors. She is responsible for the development and implementation of public affairs strategies with a strong focus on stakeholder outreach programs. Her expertise comprises crisis communications and the positioning of corporate clients with key stakeholder groups, based on comprehensive background analysis with a view to stakeholder environments and issues. Ms. Kassabian’s industry expertise lies in strongly regulated markets, namely health care and energy.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Kassabian has provided strategic counsel on topics as diverse as human rights, food, education, scientific publishing and information technology, as well as the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Prior to joining APCO in 2002, Ms. Kassabian worked in print and TV journalism in Germany and abroad. She has studied law, has a Master of Business Administration and is a certified Systemic Management Coach.
