Haya AbouelMaty supports a range of accounts ensuring comprehensive insights, tailored strategies, policy analysis, evaluation and monitoring, and effective stakeholder engagement. As an Account Executive based in APCO’s Dubai office in the Public Affairs and Governance practice, Haya specializes in two key work streams: supporting engagement throughout the North Africa region and advising players in the Transport, Infrastructure and Defense sectors across the Gulf region. She also supports on inter-office projects across a wide range of sectors including F&B and technology.
The recipe to success is two steps: 1. Take a simple idea. 2. Take it very seriously.
Prior to joining APCO, Haya spent a year-long placement at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, attending Executive Board conferences, drafting forecasting reports and presenting before the Arab and African Unions for issues in the framework of Education, Science and Culture.
She graduated from the University of Manchester double-majoring in Politics and French and continued on to complete her Master’s in Political Science, specializing in Public Policy and Governance. Haya is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
