Grace Mayhew is a consultant at APCO and is based in Tokyo. She works on projects across multiple industries such as tech and health care.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Mayhew worked for a year as a corporate investment banker at the Tokyo Office of the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, and for four years at a Japanese real estate developer-operator, where she oversaw the planning, launch, and management of several hotels and coworking spaces across Japan.
Ms. Mayhew has studied at Kobe University and holds a bachelor’s degree from Oxford University in Japanese studies, where she received the Harold Bailey prize for outstanding performance in Asian studies. She is fluent in French, English, and Japanese.
