Fernanda Lopez Tolsa Valenzuela focuses on public affairs and communication in the transport and finance sectors, assisting clients with reputation management and stakeholder relations. Fernanda currently serves as a Senior Consultant based in APCO’s Paris office.
Prior to joining APCO, Fernanda was a public affairs and communication officer at the French land and airland defence and security industry association (GICAT), a trade association based in Paris. During this time, she was mainly involved in the development of influence strategies relating to the financing of defence industries.
Fernanda started her career at the Mexican Embassy in France as a political and multilateral affairs analyst. Involved primarily in issues concerning human rights and security, she contributed to developing Mexico’s position vis-à-vis French policies in these areas. She was also involved in institutional communication missions, mainly in connection with intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations.
Fernanda holds a master’s degree in public affairs from Paris-Dauphine University and is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
