
Emese Toth specializes in health and global health policy. She plays a pivotal role providing policy research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, international partnerships, government relations as well as strategic counsel to clients on various public affairs matters within her specialization. She currently serves as a consultant based in APCO’s Brussels office.
Prior to joining APCO, Emese gained experience in advocacy, policy monitoring and creating PA strategies for clients in health care and social policy fields at a consulting company. Previously, she worked at the European Commission covering the European Pillar of Social Rights and the European Social Fund. Beyond European policy, she has a background in corporate governance and business analysis.
Emese holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and European Affairs, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Economics and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a specialization in social innovation. She speaks Hungarian, German, English, French and Spanish.
