Mr. Feliciano specializes in leading large, cross-functional teams to manage financial and business planning from nuts to bolts – including financial analysis, budgeting and reporting, contract negotiation and pricing, strategic partnerships, RFP response and new business prospecting, internal controls, government compliance, forecasting and profitability management, company-wide audits and restructuring.
