Edwin specializes in leading large, cross-functional teams to manage financial and business planning including financial analysis, budgeting and reporting, contract negotiation and pricing, strategic partnerships, RFP response and new business prospecting, internal controls, government compliance, forecasting and profitability management, company-wide audits and restructuring. Edwin currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and is based in APCO’s New York office. Prior to joining APCO, Edwin was a senior business manager at Edelman. He has more than 18 years of experience working as a business manager in the marketing and communication industry.
