Dr. Coni Judge is a consulting psychologist and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex change.
At APCO, she serves as Senior Advisor, Internal Communication, Engagement, Culture & Change, advising leadership teams on how to communicate clearly and lead confidently through transformation and uncertainty. She has counseled CEOs, boards and senior executives on mergers, restructuring and culture, and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor in moments of organizational transition.
Before joining APCO, Dr. Judge held senior leadership roles at global organizations including Shell, BP, GE Capital, ADNOC, Procter & Gamble and TAQA, with experience spanning Europe, the Middle East and North America. Her work centered on leadership alignment, organizational effectiveness and employee experience across sectors including energy, government, healthcare, finance, technology and multinational corporations.
Dr. Judge holds a PhD in Performance Psychology and is a published author and researcher whose work draws on adjacent disciplines to strengthen the practice of internal communication. She is a charter member of the Internal Communications Research Hub (ICRH) Operating Committee and a frequent guest lecturer at the Rotterdam School of Management. Her research interests include executive coaching, impression management, positive psychology and the science of introversion.
