Coco Yang is a project assistant at APCO and is based in Beijing, China.
She is a member of the firm’s GR practice team and specializes in technology policy. Ms. Yang is currently working on providing policy trackers and analysis to clients in the technology sector.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Yang interned as a research assistant at Bytedance, where she researched and analyzed domestic policies and public sentiment for the development of the company’s overseas business strategy. She also interned at Cushman & Wakefield International Property Advisers, supporting market research and due diligence research for the real estate market in Southern China.
Ms. Yang holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Elliot School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with basic Japanese and Spanish.
