He provides strategic counsel to clients navigating regulatory complexities, market entry challenges and reputational risks, helping them shape their industries and secure an edge in a competitive environment.
Prior to joining APCO, Chin Ann served as executive director of Wachsman Asia-Pacific, where he led the firm’s operations in Singapore, building and managing high-performing teams that delivered award-winning work at the intersection of technology, finance and policy.
Throughout his career, Chin Ann has advised leading companies in technology and finance, including HP, VMware, SAP, DBS, SC Ventures, SGInnovate, Elevandi (now GFTN) and Nanyang Technological University. He has played a pivotal role in launching defining campaigns across Asia-Pacific by guiding companies through key moments of growth and transformation.
With experience spanning in-house, agency and public sector roles, Chin Ann combines operational expertise with a nuanced understanding of Asia’s diverse and dynamic business environment. He holds a double major in Marketing and Communications from Singapore Management University.
