Augustin de Trogoff specializes in EU and global health policy. As a Consultant in APCO’s Brussels office and a member of APCO’s health practice, he supports clients navigating complex policy landscapes and executing impactful advocacy strategies. Augustin brings a strong understanding of the European institutional environment and a nuanced perspective on public health, pharmaceutical regulation and patient engagement. He has worked with NGOs, patient associations and pharmaceutical companies to influence EU legislation and policy through public affairs and communications campaigns. His work also spans event organization and providing secretariat services to a variety of interest representations.
Prior to joining APCO, Augustin gained experience at the Representation of French Social Security Institutions to the EU (REIF) in Brussels. He also worked at a digital health startup in Paris, where he explored the intersection of technology and healthcare delivery. These roles deepened his expertise in EU policymaking and innovation in health systems, both of which inform his current client work.
Augustin holds a degree in History from McGill University and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. A French national, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
