Ashley Hay is a senior research analyst at APCO and is based in Los Angeles. She specializes in opinion-based research, digital research and reputation management and is a member of the firm’s Insight team. During her time at APCO, she has served a diverse set of clients helping to understand public opinion, analyze the competitive landscape and developing strategies that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.
Ms. Hay brings to APCO more than three years’ experience in employing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies into data-driven insights. She is an active member of Code for San Jose as a User Experience Researcher, volunteering work on civic innovation and government technology projects.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Hay served as an attendant counselor for the Department of Social and Health Services. During that time, she implemented, monitored, and assessed Individual Habilitation Programs. She is certificated in Human Subjects Research with the CITI Program.
Ms. Hay holds a degree in applied computing with a concentration in human computer interaction and user experience from the University of Washington.
