Anjali Tanna is part of APCO’s Insight team, working to utilize data science techniques to research for clients. She is committed to supporting APCO’s work on data collection, predictive modeling and providing clients a clear-cut way to understand the data. She serves as a research assistant based in APCO’s Washington, D.C., office.

Prior to joining APCO, Anjali worked in Cambridge, MA, at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government as a technical support analyst. During her time there, she worked on projects to streamline the workflow of the office, such as creating an automated process for technicians to handle any damaged hardware. She also served as an IT Coordinator for an honor society at Northeastern University, where she created the group’s website, Facebook page, and LinkedIn page. Also, during her time at Northeastern, she worked on analyzing the 2022 data for the Women’s Foundation of Boston. She created an interactive website and report using HTML and CSS to display the non-profit’s impact on Boston communities for the year.
Anjali holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University. She has experience with Python, Java and machine learning models, as well as biological science experience, specifically in human behaviors and decision-making.
