Previously, Victoria worked in the Investment and Development Department of the Ningbo Industrial Internet Institute, where she conducted investment research on technologies such as underwater robotics and AR glasses. She also interned at the Beijing Club for International Dialogue, a policy think tank, where she analyzed international policies and transcribed and translated interviews from conferences featuring global scholars on international relations.
Victoria graduated summa cum laude from NYU Abu Dhabi in 2026, where she focused on sociology, public policies and research methodologies. A native Mandarin speaker with professional‑level English proficiency, she is skilled in Qualtrics, R and Microsoft Office applications, bringing strong analytical and technical capabilities to her work.
