Xiaohan Zhang is a project consultant at APCO and is based in Beijing. Ms. Zhang works with a variety of technology and health clients and specializes in policy analysis, government relations building, and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining APCO, Ms. Zhang was a government affairs assistant at the Research Institute of TAL, the biggest K12 off-campus service provider in the Chinese market, where she was responsible for strategic communication, policy research, and stakeholder engagement. She was also engaged in operation management of online education services, advising on project design, GMV monitoring, customer research, and competitor analysis.
Ms. Zhang holds a master’s degree in European and International Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a bachelor’s degree in international politics from the University of International Business and Economics. She is fluent in Mandarin and English
