Xiaohan Zhang brings to her role as an Associate Consultant in APCO’s Beijing office. five years of experience advising MNCs on government affairs in China. She works with a variety of technology and health clients and specializes in policy analysis, government relations building and stakeholder engagement.
Before joining APCO, Xiaohan was a government affairs assistant at China’s K12 off-campus service provider TAL, where she was responsible for strategic communication, policy research and stakeholder engagement. She was also engaged in operation management of online education services, advising on project design, customer and competitor analysis.
Xiaohan holds a master’s degree in European and International Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a bachelor’s degree in international politics from the University of International Business and Economics. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
