Viktoria Noack is passionate about Public Affairs and helping clients navigate complex political and regulatory landscapes. With a background in political communication, she specializes in developing strategic solutions that align with clients’ business and policy objectives. She currently serves as a Associate Consultant in APCO’s Munich office.

Prior to joining APCO, Viktoria gained experience in strategy consulting at leading firms such as BCG BrightHouse in Berlin and Vivaldi in New York.
Viktoria holds two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Philosophy and one in Communication Science from LMU Munich, as well as a Master of Science in Political Communication from the University of Amsterdam. Her international background—she holds German, American, and Chilean citizenship—gives her a global perspective. She is fluent in English, German and Spanish, enabling her to navigate effectively in diverse cultural and business environments.
