Victoria Ewalefo is a project consultant in APCO’s New York office, supporting her clients with expertise in gender equity, strategic communications and advocacy, focusing on amplifying women’s voices and breaking down barriers to participation across sectors. With experience spanning health care, vision care, environmental sustainability, scientific research and philanthropy, she works across a diverse range of industries to address complex challenges and drive meaningful change. Victoria has collaborated with leading organizations in sectors including health care, sustainability and philanthropy, helping them navigate critical issues. She excels in corporate brand building, thought leadership, executive visibility and contributes to new business development through targeted research and proposal support.
Before joining APCO, Victoria earned two degrees from Northern Arizona University: a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication with an Emphasis in Public Relations and a Master of Education in Human Relations. During her time at NAU, she was also a collegiate athlete on the volleyball team.
Following her studies, Victoria led client management and business development at ShowGrow, where she gained a strong understanding of the cannabis industry. She worked closely with sales and customer service teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that supported business growth, further refining her expertise in strategic communications and client relations.
