Tzveta Dryanovska is public affairs and media adviser with over a decade of experience shaping corporate and legislative narratives across the EU, UK and global policy arenas. She combines deep expertise in digital regulation and competition policy with a strong background in media relations, enabling her to deliver integrated advocacy strategies that resonate with both policymakers and the wider public. Tzveta is based in APCO’s Brussels office as director and head of the technology team. As such, she leads on EU technology regulatory issues, guiding clients through complex legislative environments. She has extensive experience coordinating crossmarket public policy campaigns, ensuring alignment across jurisdictions while driving impact at both European and national levels.

Prior to joining APCO, Tzveta served as Communications Officer at NATO DIANA (Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic), where she managed European and UK media relations to advance NATO’s innovation agenda. Before that, she spearheaded the EU and UK Tech Public Affairs practices at Burson (formerly Hill & Knowlton), leading campaigns for clients such as the Coalition for App Fairness, Spotify, Palo Alto Networks and Ava Labs. Her work contributed to the passage of landmark legislation including the EU Digital Markets Act and the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, equipping her with deep expertise in digital regulation and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier in her career, Tzveta worked on EU relations with the Eastern Neighbourhood region through a traineeship at the European Commission and as a junior analyst at the EU Institute for Security Studies. She later served as an EU Policy Officer at a Bulgarian think tank, focusing on integrating Bulgaria’s startup ecosystem into EU Digital Single Market initiatives. Tzveta holds an MA in Human Rights from SciencesPo Paris, with specialisations in Diplomacy and European Affairs, and an MA in Politics and Central & Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
