Timothy England is an associate consultant in APCO Worldwide’s Brussels office, working across the transport and technology practices, with a particular focus on consumer protection issues. He works on a number of issues involving established and developing technology trends, including developments around data flows, digital platforms, the collaborative economy, and connected mobility, as well as the European Commission’s ongoing initiatives to ensure that consumer rules are fit for the digital age.
Mr. England joined APCO’s Brussels office in February 2015 from the Computer-Based Testing unit at the European Personnel Selection Office, the recruitment department of the European Institutions. A British national, Tim holds a degree in Modern Languages with Interpreting (French and Spanish) from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.
